Ingredients

  • 1 small green, red and yellow peppers
  • 1/2 Cucumber
  • 1 large + 1 small onion
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 8 leaves Rocket salad
  • 250 g Beefsteak minced meat
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 4 (60 g each) Grain rolls
  • 2 TEASPOONS Tomato Ketchup
  • 400 g Spring quark light (2,4 % fat)

Directions

    Quarter the peppers, clean and wash them. Cut 1/4 each into very fine strips, the rest into thick strips. Wash the cucumber, rub dry. Cut off 8 thin slices. Cut the rest into sticks. Peel onions.

    Cut larger ones into fine rings. Wash tomatoes, dab dry and cut into thin slices. Clean, wash and dry the salad. Grate small onion for mincing. Season with salt and pepper and knead. Form 4 flat burgers. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the burgers on both sides for about 3 minutes. Cut the buns in half. Place lettuce, onion rings, tomato slices, cucumber slices, thin strips of paprika and one burger on each of the lower bun halves. Put a blob of ketchup and quark on top and place the upper roll half on top.

    Form 4 flat burgers. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the burgers on both sides for about 3 minutes. Cut the buns in half. Place lettuce, onion rings, tomato slices, cucumber slices, thin strips of paprika and one burger on each of the lower bun halves. Put a blob of ketchup and quark on top and place the upper roll half on top. Arrange burgers and vegetable sticks on plates. Add the quark for dipping
