Bean salad with Kasseler

Ingredients

  • 500 g French beans
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 can(s) (425 ml; 265 g) white beans
  • 2 Onions
  • 200 g Kasseler cold cuts
  • 1 collar Chives
  • 2 TABLESPOONS sweet mustard
  • 2 TABLESPOONS medium hot mustard
  • 2 TABLESPOONS White wine vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1 small head radicchio salad
  • 7-10 Tbsp Slices of ice

Directions

    Clean, wash and break the beans into pieces and cook them in boiling salted water for about 15 minutes. Put white bean seeds on a sieve, rinse briefly with cold water and drain. Peel and coarsely dice onions. Cut the smoked pork loin into cubes. Wash the chives and cut into small rolls. Mix mustard, vinegar, 2 tablespoons of water and chive rolls, except for 1 tablespoon.

    Season with salt and pepper. Whip the oil into the mixture. Mix all ingredients with the sauce and let it stand for about 1 hour. Clean the radicchio, remove the leaves, wash and pat dry. Line a plate with the radicchio, place the salad on top and garnish with slices of egg. Sprinkle the rest of the chives on top
