Ingredients

  • 2 TABLESPOONS White wine vinegar
  • 1 TABLESPOON Maple syrup
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 1/2 bunch Chives
  • 1/2 Lettuce
  • 300 g Tomatoes
  • 100 g Cucumber
  • 1/2 yellow zucchini
  • 1 white onion
  • 200 g Ciabatta

Directions

    Mix vinegar, 1 tablespoon water, maple syrup, salt and pepper. Gradually fold in the oil. Wash the chives, dab dry, cut into long rolls and mix with the vinaigrette. Wash the salad, dab dry and pluck into bite-sized pieces. Wash tomatoes, cucumber and zucchini. Cut the tomatoes into slices.

    Halve the cucumber and cut into slices. Slice zucchini into strips. Peel onion and cut into rings. Cut bread into slices. Mix prepared ingredients and sprinkle with vinaigrette. Serve immediately
