Bean and watermelon salad

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 can(s) (425 ml each) white beans
  • 1 kg Watermelon (seedless)
  • 350 g cherry tomatoes
  • 3 red onions
  • 125 g green olives (without stone)
  • 250 g Feta
  • 2 Limes
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Rinse beans in a sieve and drain well. Cut melon into slices. Cut the skin from the flesh and dice the flesh. Wash and halve the tomatoes. Peel and halve onions and cut them into fine strips.

    Cut olives in half. Crumble the feta coarsely. Mix everything carefully with lime juice, salt and pepper. Cover the salad and chill until serving.
