Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 2 red onions
  • 1 (approx. 250 g) Vegetable Onion
  • 1 collar flat leaf parsley
  • 150 g Gherkins
  • 300 g Poultry sausage
  • 3-4 Tbsp White wine vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Germ oil

Directions

  1. 1

Peel onions and cut them into fine rings. Wash parsley, dab dry and chop finely, except for something to garnish and sprinkle. Cut gherkins into slices and then into sticks. Cut the poultry sausage into narrow sticks as well.

  2. 2

Mix vinegar, some salt and pepper. Finally, fold in the oil and add the parsley. Mix sausage, onions and cucumber with the vinaigrette and let it soak for about 30 minutes. Season salad again with salt, pepper and vinegar. Arrange on deep plates and serve garnished with parsley. Lye pastry tastes good with it.
