Carrot and celery salad

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 untreated lemon
  • 100 g Sour cream or crème fraîche
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Salad Mayonnaise
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 1/2 small oak leaf salad and Lollo bianco or 1 small lettuce
  • 1 medium-sized carrot
  • 200 g Celeriac
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley

Directions

    Wash the lemon, rub dry and grate some of the peel thinly. Halve the lemon, squeeze the juice. Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon peel and juice. Season with salt, pepper and sugar

    Clean, wash and drain the salads. Pluck leaves a little smaller. Peel and wash carrot and celery. First grate the carrot and then the celery into fine sticks. Mix both immediately into the sauce. Arrange on salad leaves. Wash the parsley and garnish the salad
