Ingredients

  • 2 packs (à 125 g) Cream Camembert
  • 50 g Butter
  • 50 g Cream cheese with buttermilk (8 % fat)
  • 2 Onions
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Sweet peppers
  • 1/2 TEASPOON ground caraway
  • 1/2 Radish
  • 1/2 bunch Radishes
  • 1/2 bunch Chives
  • 4 discs Pain de campagne (environ 50 g chacun)
  • 4 Salad leaves to garnish

Directions

    Dice camembert. Knead with soft butter and cream cheese. Peel onions and cut into fine cubes. Stir diced onions into the cheese cream. Season to taste with salt, pepper, paprika and caraway.

    Wash and peel the radish and cut into thin curls with a radish knife. Wash the radishes and chives. Dice 3 radishes, cut chives into rings. Cut bread into slices and spread with the cheese cream.

    Cover with radish curls, radish cubes and chives. Sprinkle paprika powder on top. Wash the salad leaves and dab dry. Cut remaining radishes into slices. Arrange Obatzter breads on salad leaves and garnish with radish slices.
