  • 275 g Butter or margarine
  • 125 g Sugar
  • 4 Egg Yolk
  • 7-10 Tbsp grated peel of 1
  • 7-10 Tbsp untreated lemon
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cling film

    Knead the flour, fat, sugar, egg yolk, lemon zest and vanillin sugar with the dough hooks of the hand mixer to a smooth shortcrust pastry. Wrap in foil and leave to cool for 1 hour. Now divide the dough into three
