- 1 Garlic clove
- 4 TABLESPOONS Worcester sauce
- 150 ml Tomato ketchup
- 4 TABLESPOONS Tomato paste
- 2 TABLESPOONS White wine vinegar
- 3 TABLESPOONS Whiskey
- 2 TABLESPOONS Sugar
Directions

Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic. Mix Worcester sauce, ketchup, tomato paste, vinegar, whiskey, sugar, onion and garlic. Marinate the grilled food in it.
