Banana-Papaya-Muesli with raspberries, yoghurt and hazelnuts

Ingredients

  • 3 TABLESPOONS Hazelnut kernels
  • 1 Papaya
  • 150 g Raspberries
  • 2 small bananas
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 75 g Cornflakes
  • 200 g Whole milk yoghurt
  • 3-4 Tsp Honey

Directions

    Roast the nuts in a pan without fat. Take them out, let them cool down a bit and chop them roughly. Peel papaya, cut in half and remove seeds. Cut the flesh into cubes. Sort raspberries.

    Peel and slice the bananas and sprinkle with lemon juice. Spread fruit, nuts and cornflakes in 4 bowls and mix. Add yoghurt and honey to the muesli before serving.
