Banana pancakes with chocolate sauce

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 100 g Whipped cream
  • 50 g Dark chocolate
  • 2 Eggs (size M)
  • 100 g Flour
  • 1 knife tip Baking Powder
  • 1/8 l Milk
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 2 Bananas
  • 20 g Butter or margarine
  • 4 (50 g each) balls of walnut ice cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cinnamon sugar

Directions

    Break the chocolate into pieces for the sauce. Bring the cream and chocolate to the boil while stirring and allow to cool. Whisk eggs, flour, baking powder, milk, 1/8 litre water and 1 pinch of salt. Peel and slice the bananas.

    Heat some fat in a pan, pour in 1/4 of the dough, spread 1/4 of the banana slices on the dough and bake until golden brown. Turn the pancakes over and bake until golden brown as well. Fry the remaining 3 pancakes in the same way.

    Arrange the pancakes with the chocolate sauce and 1 scoop of walnut ice cream. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
