Mix flour and baking powder. Add eggs, milk and salt and mix to a smooth dough. Leave to rise for about 10 minutes. Peel and slice the bananas. Heat 1 tablespoon of fat in a pan (20 cm Ø). Spread 1/4 of the banana slices and 1 tablespoon almond flakes in it.
Add 1/4 of the dough. Fry for 3-4 minutes at medium heat, turn and fry for another 2 minutes. Keep pancakes warm. Fry another 3 pancakes in the same way. Arrange the pancakes sprinkled with chocolate rolls
