Mix flour and baking powder. Add eggs, milk and salt and mix to a smooth dough. Leave to rise for about 10 minutes. Rinse raisins and pat dry. Cut peach halves into slices.
Heat 1 tablespoon of fat in a pan (20 cm Ø). Spread 1/4 of the peach slices in it. Add 1/4 of the dough. Fry over medium heat for 3-4 minutes, turning. Sprinkle 1/4 of the raisins and pistachios on top and fry for another 2 minutes.
Keep the pancakes warm. Fry another 3 pancakes in the same way. Drizzle with honey and serve.
