Balsamic vinaigrette with rosemary, chilli and maple syrup

Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 2 Branches of rosemary
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1–2 red chillies
  • 6 TABLESPOONS dark balsamic vinegar
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Maple syrup
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Oil

Directions

    Wash the rosemary and shake dry. Pluck needles from the branches and chop them. Peel and chop the garlic. Clean, wash and cut the chilli pepper and scrape out the seeds. Chop the pod finely. Mix vinegar with chili, garlic, rosemary and maple syrup, season with salt and pepper, fold in oil

    Mix vinaigrette with salad, season again and serve
