Cheese-strawberry salad

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 375 g Strawberries
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Lime juice
  • 1 TEASPOON Sugar
  • 1 TEASPOON colourful peppercorns
  • 175 g Téte de Moine (Swiss hard cheese)
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 2 stem(s) Basil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Slices of lime

Directions

    Wash, clean and slice the strawberries. Sprinkle with lime juice, sugar and coarsely crushed pepper and leave to stand for about 15 minutes. Scrape cheese into curls and arrange on a platter with strawberries.

    Drizzle olive oil over it. Sprinkle with basil leaves and serve garnished with slices of lime.
