Preheat oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/circulating air: 175 °C/gas: see manufacturer). Clean and wash spring onions and cut into fine rolls. Roughly pluck the cheese. Mix well with eggs, sour cream and onions, season with pepper.
Cut the pretzel breadsticks lengthwise, but do not cut through them. Carefully press them apart slightly and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Fill with cheese mixture. Bake in a hot oven for about 5 minutes.
