Ingredients

  • 1.5 kg Potatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 8 mild peppers (glass)
  • 100 g lean bacon cubes
  • 2 (200 g each) Mug Sour Cream
  • baking paper

Directions

    Wash potatoes well, dab dry and cut into slices. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with oil and mix everything well. Spread on a fat pan lined with baking paper

    Cut pepperoni into rings. Spread bacon and pepperoni on the potatoes. Grate the cheese over the potatoes. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/circulating air: 150 °C/gas: level 2) for approx. 45 minutes. Add Sour Cream
