Ingredients

  • 100 g Dark chocolate (70 % cocoa)
  • 1 l hot strong coffee
  • 2 TABLESPOONS demerara sugar
  • 1/4 l Whiskey cream liqueur (e.g. Baileys)
  • 200-250 g Whipped cream
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Cocoa

Directions

    Break chocolate roughly. Heat coffee and sugar in a pot again. Melt the chocolate in it. Add liqueur and heat everything up (do not boil!)

    Whip the cream until semi-stiff. Fill coffee into cups or glasses, spread cream as a cap on top. Dust with cocoa and serve immediately
