Ingredients

  • 100 g Dark chocolate (70 % cocoa)
  • 1 l strong coffee
  • 2 TABLESPOONS demerara sugar
  • 250 ml Irish whiskey cream liqueur (e.g. Baileys)
  • 250 g Whipped cream
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Cocoa powder

Directions

    Roughly chop the chocolate. Bring coffee and sugar to the boil in a pot. Melt chocolate in it. Add liqueur and heat it up (must not boil!). In the meantime, whisk the cream with the whisks of the hand mixer until it is half firm (not stiff, should still run a little).

    Pour coffee into cups or glasses, spread cream on top. Dust with cocoa.
