Wash and clean the mushrooms. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the mushrooms for 15-20 minutes, turning. Meanwhile peel the onions and cut them into slices. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Add the onions, garlic and olives to the mushrooms about 10 minutes before the end of the frying time and season with salt and pepper.
