Peel and seed the avocados. Mix the avocados in a bowl with the juice of half a lemon, olive oil, salt, Espelette pepper and mash with a fork. Wash and slice the strawberries. Toast the bread in a toaster or five minutes in the oven. Then cover the bread slices with the avocado mixture, smoked salmon and strawberries. Finally, add the rest of the lemon juice and some lime rubbing.
