Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the Maultaschen on both sides. Add 2-3 tablespoons of water, cover and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
Clean, wash and drain the salad and pluck it into pieces. Clean, wash and quarter radishes. Clean, wash and cut spring onions into rings. Mix yoghurt and lime juice, season with salt and pepper. Mix salad ingredients with dressing. Arrange Maultaschen on top. Wash and pluck the chervil and sprinkle over it.
