Avocado Horseradish crab

Ingredients

Servings: 8
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 2 TEASPOONS Cream horseradish
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper
  • 1⁄2 Federation Spring onions
  • 8 discs brown bread
  • 250 g Arctic sea shrimps (cooked and peeled)

Directions

    Cut avocados in half, pit them, remove the flesh from the skin with a spoon, mash them with a fork and mix with creamed horseradish and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper, wash and clean the spring onions, cut into fine rings and stir into the avocado cream.

    Spread black bread with the cream. Spread icy sea shrimps on top.
