Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 500 g green asparagus
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 4 Eggs (size M)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sea salt

Directions

    Wash the asparagus, cut off the woody ends. Cut the asparagus spears in half. Cook the asparagus heads in boiling salted water for about 4 minutes. Use remaining asparagus for other purposes

    Boil eggs in boiling water for about 5 minutes until soft

    Arrange asparagus and eggs. Open the eggs, season with sea salt and dip the asparagus tips in the egg yolks
