Ingredients

  • 750 g white and green asparagus
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 1 washer Lemon
  • 7-10 Tbsp fresh herbs

Directions

    Wash the asparagus. Peel white asparagus. Cut the woody ends off the green and white asparagus. Boil up plenty of salted water.

    Season with sugar and lemon slice. Cook white asparagus for about 15 minutes, green asparagus for about 10 minutes. Collect the asparagus stock and measure 200 ml. Arrange the asparagus garnished with fresh herbs
