Asian rice with roast beef

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 200 g Basmati Rice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 250 g Carrots
  • 200 g Sweet peas
  • 200 g Spring onions
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Sunflower oil
  • 1 small pot of coriander
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Chilli sauce for chicken
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Teriyaki sauce
  • 200 g Sliced roast beef

Directions

    Prepare rice in boiling salted water according to package instructions. Peel, wash and thinly slice the carrots. Wash and clean the mangetouts. Clean and wash spring onions and cut them into rings.

    Pour the finished rice into a sieve, drain the liquid well. Heat the oil in a coated pan. Fry the vegetables for about 6 minutes, turning them over. Add rice after about 3 minutes. Wash the coriander, shake dry and remove the leaves.

    Season the rice pan with chilli sauce, teriyaki sauce and salt. Pluck or cut roast beef into pieces. Arrange rice pan with roast beef and sprinkle with coriander.
