  • 100 g "Toblerone" (milk chocolate with honey-almond brittle)
  • 1 package (250 g) QimiQ (light cream base)
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Milk
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Sugar
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Rum
  • 100 g Whipped cream

Directions

    Chop the chocolate and melt in a bain-marie. Leave to cool at lukewarm. Whisk QimiQ smooth Stir in the milk, sugar, rum and chocolate Whip the cream until stiff and fold into the chocolate cream Pour into a bowl and cover and chill for at least 3 hours Take 2 tablespoons of the mousse and arrange in glasses
