Noodle pan with savoy cabbage and beef sweet-sour

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 300 g Noodles (e.g. penne)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 300 g Beef hip steak
  • 1 Onion
  • 500 g Savoy cabbage
  • 1 red pepper
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 150 ml beef or vegetable broth
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Chilli sauce for chicken
  • 1/2 bunch Asian chives

Directions

    Prepare the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Meanwhile wash the meat, dab dry and cut into strips. Peel and finely chop the onion. Clean and wash the savoy cabbage, cut out the stalk and hard leaf panicles.

    Cut leaves into strips. Clean, wash and cut the peppers into strips. Heat oil in a large pan, fry meat all around for about 3 minutes, remove and season with salt and pepper.

    Add the onion, bell pepper and cabbage in portions and fry for approx. 4 minutes, turning. Season with salt and pepper. Put all the vegetables in the pan and deglaze with broth. Cook for about 4 minutes.

    Add the meat and heat for about 2 minutes. Season to taste with chilli sauce. Stir in the noodles. Wash the chives, dab dry and chop finely, except for something to garnish. Serve and sprinkle with chives or garnish.
