  • 300 g Basmati Rice
  • 200 g red lentils
  • 4 TABLESPOONS black sesame
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Raisins
  • 7-10 Tbsp Chili threads to decorate
  • 2 Cellophane bags

Directions

    Fill rice, lentils, sesame seeds and raisins into 2 small bags. Decorate with chilli threads and close. Bring the mixture to the boil in double the amount of liquid, cook for about 15 minutes. Add some liquid if necessary, season only at the end of the cooking time
