Ingredients

  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 piece(s) (approx. 20 g) Ginger
  • 1 Orange
  • 300 g Lamb filet
  • 3 Carrots
  • 1/2 Cucumber
  • 3 Mini roman salads
  • 1 red chilli pepper
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Chilli sauce for chicken
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Wine vinegar
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Soy sauce
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 200 g Rice noodles
  • 1 TABLESPOON Sesame
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil

Directions

    Peel garlic and chop finely. Peel ginger and grate finely. Orange halve, squeeze. Dab meat dry and cut diagonally into strips. Mix with garlic, orange juice and half of the ginger, cover and chill for about 1 hour.

    In the meantime, peel and wash the carrots for the salad and cut them into strips lengthwise with the potato peeler. Wash the cucumber, halve it lengthwise and cut into thin slices. Wash the lettuce, drain and cut lengthwise into slices.

    For the salad dressing, clean the chilli, cut lengthwise, remove seeds, wash and chop into small pieces. Mix the rest ginger, chilli, chilli sauce, vinegar and soy sauce. Season to taste with salt and pepper if necessary.

    Put the pasta in boiling salted water, remove from the heat and leave to stand for about 5 minutes (see package instructions). Roast sesame seeds in a pan without fat, remove. Remove the meat from the marinade, keep the marinade. Heat the oil in the pan. Sauté the meat all around. Season with salt and pepper. Add the marinade, bring to the boil once and remove from the heat. Drain the noodles.

    Prepared salad ingredients with noodles and meat arrange. Drizzle with salad dressing and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
