Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 red chilli pepper
  • 5 TABLESPOONS mayonnaise
  • 7-10 Tbsp Juice of 1 lime
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper
  • 6-8 Stem(s) Coriander
  • 75 g Wasabi peanuts
  • 4 Hotdog sausages (glass)
  • 4 Hot dog buns
  • 120 g homemade cucumber salad (see recipes)

Directions

    For the chilli mayo, peel the garlic and chop finely. Clean and wash the chilli pepper, cut in half lengthwise, remove seeds and chop finely. Mix mayo, garlic, chili and lime juice. Season with salt and pepper.

    Wash the coriander, shake dry and pluck off the leaves. Coarsely chop the nuts. Heat water in a pot (but do not boil!). Leave the sausages to stand for 3-4 minutes. Cut the rolls lengthwise, but not through.

    First add sausages, then cucumber salad and mayo to the roll. Sprinkle with coriander and nuts.
