Steak rolls with braised beans

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 2 can(s) (à 425 ml) large white beans
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 Branch rosemary
  • 400 g cherry tomatoes
  • 6 discs Parma ham
  • 4 Spring onions
  • 12 discs (50 g each) Rump steak
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Oil

Directions

    Rinse the beans and let them drain. Peel and chop the garlic. Wash the rosemary, remove the needles. Wash the tomatoes. Cut ham lengthwise in half. Clean and wash spring onions, cut into 3 pieces. Dab meat dry, pepper.

    Cut bread into cubes. Heat 4 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan and fry the bread cubes while turning them into croutons. Season with salt and pepper. ##Peel garlic and onion and cut into fine cubes.

    Fry the rolls in hot oil all around, remove. Stew garlic, rosemary and tomatoes in the frying fat for 7-8 minutes. Add beans, 100 ml water and rolls, heat up. Season with salt and pepper.
