Fixed liver loaf hotdogs

Ingredients

  • 1 Mini Romaine lettuce
  • 1⁄2 Federation Chives
  • 150 g Remoulade sauce
  • 4 Pretzel Bars
  • 300 g Sliced Leberkäse
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 4 TSP sweet mustard
  • 4 TSP Roasted onions

    Clean, wash and shake the salad dry and cut into fine strips. Wash chives, shake dry, cut into small rolls and mix with the remoulade sauce. Cut the pretzel breadsticks from the top lengthwise.

    Cut the meatloaf smaller. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the Leberkäse in it until golden brown all around. Put some mustard in each pretzel stick. Fill in salad and tartar sauce. Spread Leberkäse on top and sprinkle with fried onions.
