Drain the peppers and collect some oil. Peel onions and cut into rings. Dab meat dry and cut into 4 steaks. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large grill pan. Fry the meat for about 3 minutes on each side.
Season with salt and pepper and remove.
Sauté the onions in the frying fat. Wash parsley, shake dry and chop. Put the bell peppers in the pan and flip them through. Season with salt, pepper, honey and lemon juice. Sprinkle with parsley.
Serve with turkey steaks.
