Apricot curry sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 can(s) (850 ml) Apricots
  • 1 Onion
  • 7-10 Tbsp Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Sugar
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Curry
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

    Drain the apricots on a sieve. Finely dice half the apricots. (Pass the remaining apricots to the raclette.) Peel and finely dice the onion. Boil up the apricots, onion, lemon juice and sugar in a pot. Let everything boil down for about 10 minutes while stirring. Stir from time to time. Season to taste with curry, salt and pepper,
