  • 200 g Sheep's cheese
  • 125 g Schmand
  • 1 red and yellow peppers (approx. 200 g each)
  • 6-8 paprika-filled olives

    Crumble the sheep's cheese and stir with sour cream until smooth. Wash and halve the peppers and cut each half into about 3 pieces. Cut the pieces diagonally in half. Pour the sheep's cheese cream into a piping bag with a star-shaped spout and spray tuffs onto the paprika corners. Cut olives into approx. 24 slices and garnish each pepper corner with approx. 1 slice of olive
