Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 80 g + 100 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 20 g Fructose
  • 4 tablespoons (40 g) Oil
  • 60 ml milk (1,5 % fat)
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp pulp of 1 vanilla pod
  • 140 g dark wheat flour (type 1050)
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Baking Powder
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease
  • 100 g Apricot halves
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Mineral water
  • 7-10 Tbsp a few drops of liquid sweetener
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon balm

Directions

    Mix 80 g quark, fruit sugar, oil, milk, salt and vanilla pulp. Mix flour and baking powder, sieve on top and knead in. Press the dough into 4 greased tartlet cups (12 cm Ø). Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/gas: level 3) for about 20 minutes until golden brown. Turn out and let cool down

    Cut the apricots into cubes, except for 2 slices for decoration. Mix 100 g quark and mineral water. Fold in diced apricots. Sweeten with sweetener

    Spread apricot quark on the tartlets and cover with apricot wedges. Decorate with lemon balm if desired.
