Ingredients

  • 2 small apples (250 g)
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp liquid sweetener
  • 2 tablespoons (60 g) Low-fat curd
  • 1 tablespoon (15 g) Semolina
  • 1 Egg (Gr. M)
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 tsp (5 g) Oil
  • 1 TEASPOON Cranberry Jam

    Peel, quarter, core and dice apples. Put 2 tablespoons aside. Simmer apples with lemon juice and 3 tbsp. water for 5-7 minutes. Season to taste with sweetener

    Mix quark, semolina, egg, salt and the rest of the apples, let it swell a little. Fry 3 buffers in hot oil until golden brown. Arrange everything
