Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 125 g Cucumber
  • 4 Stem(s) Mint
  • 1 Apples (e.g. Granny Smith)
  • 500 g Cream yoghurt (10% fat)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt

Directions

    Wash, clean and roughly grate the cucumber. Apple wash, quarter, remove core. Grate the apple. Mint wash, shake dry. Pluck off leaves and chop, except for something to garnish.

    Cucumber, except for a few grated pieces, mix apple, mint and yoghurt. Season to taste with salt. Garnish Raita with cucumber and mint.
