  • 2 cl Aperol (Italian bitter liqueur)
  • 2 cl Pineapple juice
  • 100 ml dry champagne
  • 1 Cape gooseberry

Directions

    Pour the aperol and pineapple juice into a champagne glass and top up with well chilled champagne. Remove a Cape gooseberry from its skin and put it on a skewer. Place in the glass
