  • 1 Egg yolk (size M)
  • 200 ml Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 3 Garlic cloves

    Puree the egg yolks and 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a tall mug. Season with salt and pepper. Gradually fold in the remaining oil. Peel garlic, press directly into it and stir in.
