  • 2 Spring onions
  • 1 chili pepper
  • 120 g medieval Gouda cheese
  • 4 Nachos (round tortilla chips)
  • 2 small tomatoes
  • 100 g Cucumber
  • 4 leaves Lettuce
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 TABLESPOONS White wine vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil

Directions

    Clean and wash spring onions and cut into fine rings. Carve the chilli lengthwise, remove seeds and chop finely. Grate cheese. Mix prepared ingredients and spread on nachos. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 225 ° C/ gas: level 4) for 3-4 minutes. For the salad, clean, wash and slice the tomatoes and cucumber.

    Wash the lettuce leaves and pluck into bite-sized pieces. Peel and finely chop the onion. Mix vinegar, chopped onion, salt, pepper and sugar and add oil. Mix marinade with prepared salad ingredients. Arrange on plates with the nachos
