Queen pâté with mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 250 g small mushrooms
  • 1 small onion
  • 1-2 stem(s) thyme or 1/4 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 (25 g) Queen pâté
  • 1/2 tsp (3 g) Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, black pepper
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Vegetable broth
  • 1 TABLESPOON ripened cream
  • 1 coated Tsp Cornstarch
  • 1 small tomato

Directions

    Clean, wash and halve the mushrooms. Peel and finely chop the onion. Wash the thyme, pluck the leaves

    Bake the pâté in a preheated oven (electric oven: 175 °C/circulating air: 150 °C/gas: level 2) for 5-7 minutes

    Heat the oil in a coated pan. Fry the mushrooms and onion for about 5 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and thyme. Add 1/8 l water and broth, bring to the boil. Simmer for 2-3 minutes. Mix sour cream and starch. Bind the mushrooms with it

    Wash, quarter, seed and finely dice the tomato. Fill the pâté with mushroom sauce. Sprinkle tomato cubes over it. Put the lid on the pâté
