Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 6 TABLESPOONS White wine vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper
  • 1 TEASPOON medium hot mustard
  • 1 TABLESPOON liquid honey
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 2 red onions
  • 1 Oak leaf salad
  • 400 g Mountain farm cheese (e.g. from Bergader)
  • 200 g Gherkins (glass)
  • 1 collar Parsley

Directions

    For the vinaigrette, mix vinegar, salt, pepper, mustard and honey. Fold in the oil. Peel onions and cut them into thin slices. Mix with the vinaigrette.

    Clean and wash the oak leaf lettuce, drain well and pluck into pieces. Cut cheese into strips. Cut cucumbers lengthwise into thin slices. Wash parsley and shake dry, pluck leaves and chop. Mix the prepared ingredients with the vinaigrette and serve. Farmhouse bread tastes good with it.
