Lose weight with candy? You bet!
He's one of the biggest enemies of any diet: the craving. Often, after days of successfully detoxifying and starving your body, it comes out of the woodwork and destroys the best intermediate successes. What should one do against it?
A study from Israel actually proves that desserts and something sweet during the day can prevent ravenous appetite. The only restriction: the sweet trick only works at breakfast. In general: If you eat a good breakfast, you don't have to fear any munchies in the first half of the day. Especially good: wholemeal cereals and wholemeal bread for breakfast. The dietary fibres ensure a long-lasting balanced blood sugar level and prevent ravenous appetite. It has been proven that women who eat breakfast are slimmer.
Black coffee and green tea curb hunger. They can be used to cushion an overeating attack. Less is also eaten at the following meal.
Scandinavian researchers have found that pickles and other vegetables pickled in vinegar increase the degree of satiety of a meal. So just take one or two gherkins with you to the canteen!
Of course you can also eat something in between. But don't let yourself be tempted by any chocolate bars, even if they come in a dietary fibre garment, such as chocolate muesli bars. Better are snacks like fruit, vegetables or natural yoghurt. Whoever snacks sweets or rolls pushes his blood sugar level very high, thus stimulating insulin production and finally gets a steep drop in blood sugar, which means: ravenous hunger!

Protein makes you full
Food with a lot of protein, like low-fat curd cheese, stops the feeling of hunger for hours. Eat a loaf of delicious homemade herb curd cheese in the morning!
There is an acupressure point between the tip of the nose and the upper lip, which slows down the feeling of hunger. Press with your finger for about 20 seconds and with medium intensity. You can repeat this two or three times. Then the ravenous hunger should have faded.
Sometimes hunger is just a symptom of boredom and listlessness. It helps to get up and go for a walk even in the cold season. Sports or yoga are also good.
Sometimes it's enough just to have a little hot soup in your stomach. Why not cook a large pot of vegetable soup and freeze it in portions.
It is not good at all to remove food completely from the menu. It's much better to ration your favorite sin accurately. No one has ever lost their waist from a little piece of chocolate.
