Cucumber and mint freshness

Ingredients

  • 7-10 Tbsp For approx. 20 pieces
  • 1 beau concombre
  • 10 slices of white bread (without crust)
  • 7-10 Tbsp ½ bouquet de menthe
  • 180 g fresh cheese (St Morêt or Carré Frais type)
  • 7-10 Tbsp sel et poivre

Directions

    1 Wash, dry, peel and finely chop the mint.

    2 Wash the cucumber, remove the ends and then cut it into very thin slices with a mandolin.

    3 Mash the cream cheese with a fork. Stir in the mint, salt and pepper.

    4 Spread the bread with cream cheese and cut each slice in 4. Arrange cucumber slices on half of the bread. Cover them with the second half of the bread and serve well chilled.
