Yoghurt sheep cheese dip

Ingredients

Servings: 5
  • 1 medium sized cucumber (approx. 400 g)
  • 100 g Sheep's cheese
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 500 g creamy milk yoghurt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp black olives

Directions

    Wash the cucumber, dab dry and cut off the ends. Grate the cucumber roughly. Finely crumble feta cheese. Peel garlic and chop finely. Mix yoghurt, cucumber, feta cheese and garlic.

    Season with salt and pepper. Arrange yoghurt and sheep's cheese dip in small bowls and garnish with black olives.
