Yoghurt quark cream with Grand Manier and berries

Ingredients

  • 150 g Strawberries
  • 50 g red currants
  • 100 g Blueberries
  • 125 g Raspberries
  • 1 TABLESPOON Orange liqueur
  • 1 TEASPOON + 50 g sugar
  • 150 g Whole milk yoghurt
  • 400 g Low-fat curd
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 3-4 Tbsp Orange juice

Directions

    Wash the strawberries, currants and blueberries and drain well. Set 2 strawberries aside, clean the remaining strawberries and dice them coarsely. Pluck the currants from the panicles. Sort the raspberries.

    Set some berries aside for decoration. Carefully mix all remaining berries with liqueur and 1 teaspoon sugar. Mix yoghurt, 50 g sugar, quark, vanillin sugar and orange juice. Layer yoghurt cream and berries alternately in glasses and decorate with the remaining berries.
