Ingredients

  • 300 g Tomatoes
  • 1 yellow and red pepper
  • 2 medium zucchini
  • 1 small lettuce
  • 1 Head Radicchio
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Tarragon vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Oil

Directions

    Wash and halve the tomatoes and remove the stalk. Cut the tomatoes into slices. Clean and wash the peppers and zucchini. Peppers in strips, zucchini in thin wheels cut. Clean and wash lettuce and radicchio, tear a little and drain well.

    For the marinade, mix vinegar with salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar. Whip the oil gradually into it. Place all the salad ingredients in a large bowl. Pour over the marinade and mix loosely.
