Ingredients

  • 2 Anchovy fillets (glass)
  • 150 g black olives
  • 7-10 Tbsp stoneless
  • 1 TABLESPOON Capers
  • 1 TABLESPOON Cognac
  • 1 TEASPOON Mustard
  • 1 TABLESPOON Lemon juice
  • 1 TEASPOON Herbs of Provence
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

    Dab anchovies. Finely chop all ingredients in a blender. Season to taste.
